The world’s largest labelling and packaging materials business, Avery Dennison, needed to develop a complete insight strategy, designed to fuel smart innovation.

We were able to benchmark current stakeholder perceptions of insight within the organisation, and use this as a basis for cross functional workshops where we jointly defined the role that insight needed to play in the future.

Following on from this, we are now supporting Avery Dennison in translating that vision into concrete game plans and capability building.
